ALIGHIERO BOETTI
Nacque a Torino nel 1940 e morì a Roma nel 1994. Alighiero Boetti è un importante artista italiano del dopoguerra, è considerato uno dei più noti rappresentanti del movimento dell’Arte Povera.

POLITTICO - The “Polittico” by Alighiero Boetti is a mixed techinique on canvas. The “Polittico” is an important work composed of seven canvases and seven metres long. Boetti assignes social aims to his art. In the painting there are little squares, tissue-papers inserted by collage and his personal considerationes about species’s origin through writings by pencil.
